Delete your Artistry account
You can delete your Artistry account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Open Artistry and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap the ☰ menu.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Can't use the app?
Email utkarshxf@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Artistry account". Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your username and the phone number you signed up with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- your account and sign-in details (username, password, phone number, email);
- your profile and artist profile, including photos;
- artworks you uploaded and their images;
- your comments, likes, follows, collections and viewing history;
- your chats: conversations you are part of, the messages and photos in them, your call history, and your chat profile;
- push-notification tokens for your devices.
What may be kept
- copies in backups, for a limited time until they are overwritten;
- analytics held by our analytics providers, which is deleted or anonymised under their retention policies.
